Finished Bakemonogatari. I heavily enjoyed it. Tempted to check out the prequel, but I have to watch Angel Beats, Hajime no Ippo, and Captain Harlock first, the first two recommended by my IRL best friend and the latter by my internet best friend.

Because Hajime no Ippo has about 108 episodes, I forced my IRL best friend to watch LoGH. He better enjoy that shit. That is my favorite anime.

I have no reason to take Newgrounds to court. I don't care enough about some site that is a haven for social undesirables to take it to court.

Dale v Boy Scouts of America defines that a group may exclude an individual membership based solely on their values that an individual may contradict. As bizarre as the thought of a site like this having values is, an attorney may argue that Newgrounds does not condone the use of racial language, which would be grounds enough. However, many people here, including staff, use racist language which would make that value inconsistent.

I could very well take Newgrounds to Court and win.

And McCarthyism has less to do with free speech and more to do with the values and fears at the time. Troll harder.
