currently i'm working on my part for the zelda collab but i'm having problems with the sound.... i mean, usually i know how to use sound in flash but wtf!? even if i change all the soundtypes and make all of them the same the sounds doesn't play at the right position. ideas anyone?

at first you need to import the sound with AS and then you can code the other stuff but you didn't even import it with AS, right?

you can't repeat a music which is added to the timeline.

you'll have to make it exportable for actionscript and import it via as.
so you can stop it with as.

but you could also make a movieclip, put the sound on the first frame and stream it, now make as much frames as needed and if you want to stop the music you'll just need to stop the mc and so you can make it play again...
