Im actualy a big fan of that show. The kid is not stuck up. He is just trying to create a perfect society by punishing criminals. I enjoy watching all of the flashes that come into Newgrounds. But too many of them are being let in. Flashes are coming in with a score of 1.87 and are of terrible quality. I propose that in order for a flash to be accepted into Newgrounds that it must have a minimum score of 2.20. This way we can allow only quality material into the site.

If you notice, most of the madness day submissions are over a 4.25 and should be #1 submissions. Go and check out the submissions abd you will see that they all have a greater average then the #1 submission but none of them are on the list. Why is that?
