It depends on your reason for creating a website. If you want to make a web site just because you think It would be cool or as a hobby, fine use a GUI. Tho If you want to create websites professionally then you should learn everything behind the scenes.

You should never, imo, use a GUI for creating a website that you're going to have on the internet so to speak. It's much better to use the GUI for learning, then go onto actually learning how to make them properly.

The best way is to;
Define a wrapper div, this should be the total width of what you're trying to do, generally 1000 or 800px is best. Then, put everything inside this div. Don't use absolute positioning, it fucks up in every browser and resolution that's different to yours.

Anyway, just got back from "Biking".
We went with plans of going to Cannock Chase which is a massive forest, but we got there (3 miles from me?) and then decided against it as we had no Bike stuff, so we'd risk being stranded, so we went to the wimpy, had a drink and rode back. So at that point we'd done 6 miles, then we rode to some guy from primary schools house and then went into town with him, got kicked out of JJB and the shopping center part, so we then went back to his house and got our bikes, then we rode to some Dirt Jumps and pissed about there for a while then came home.

7 hours later and only 3 blisters on my hands, lol.
