Im just wondering what affects flash performance most? the CPU or the Graphics card?
Because I got a decent cpu not the best but not the worst either.
And I got a pretty old graphics card..
Also Here is my cpu load while I was playing Madness Acelerant High quality/ And expanded window, I lagged..
