I'm not even sure if it's possible to directly delete System 32 without being stopped by the computer, and even if you did all you would have to do is reinstall the OS. If you don't have your installation discs, well, you should, because there are plenty of other things besides deleting System 32 that can fuck up your computer enough to reformat or repair. Maybe you can buy Windows 7 next month.
