I don't know what nazi clone you got there but the original book "Im Westen nichts Neues" is about a german soldier in WWI. Furthermore you don't feel like the Germans are "in the good side and all" but that everybody is kinda fucked.
Anyway "good books" is hard to define mah boi, you could either read some crappy fiction like the kids up above (tom clancy n shit) or try some acutal literature, which may not appear to be a good book after all because (sometimes) you have to think while reading it :-)
My recommendation : John Steinbeck's Of Mice and Men

Actually my first post was pretty poor.
Looking back, I would really love to take that post back and burn it.
On the other hand it was the actual reason for me to create a NG account.
I was visiting this site since i can remember lol (shitty samurai asshole and pico's school, I never managed to beat the bear in the big blue house :-()
