good your paying attention, thats another factor in violence: Education, Economic Status and Social issues, Employment etc.
but I always thought Blue states were wonderful utopias. Newton, Red Lake, Aurora, Virginia...

Again I am not saying they should take our guns away, I'm just saying there needs to be stricter regulation. Like 5 year old kids should not have a custom rifle! A Mentally unstable person should not own a gun either.
good it was obviously the liability of the parents. but the only way a mentally unstable person is unable to own a firearm is by Court appointment as a mental ward of the state (who are really the only ones who shouldn't own)

Those that are diagnosed with certain mental disorders such as Schizophrenia.
Your blue state Utopia remark is a little off topic and frankly one of the problems in America. I swear you would think republicans and democrats were 2 rival gangs.

Gun shops (FFL Dealers) perform background checks and all legitimate firearm sites require you ship the said purcahsed fire arm to a FFL dealer where you have a background check performed before you receive the weapon. what two people do between private property is their own damn business.

and 85% of all firearm violence is in BLUE STATES especially California, New York and Chicago. and most shootings in the last 5 years have been in blue state. see a pattern states with gun control have more gun violence?

Yeah, it has nothing to do with poverty in those areas. Again I am not saying they should take our guns away, I'm just saying there needs to be stricter regulation. Like 5 year old kids should not have a custom rifle! A Mentally unstable person should not own a gun either.

no they are volunteers for the armed services. the ruling was made that well regulated militia meant everyday joes like you and me. and most of the regulations we have today are fine and dandy there is no need to add more,(trying not to sound cold) just because a few kids die in a school shootout.

Yes armed civilians = every day joes armed. I see no problem with requiring background checks for more regulation. I don't think we should have our rights taken away if that's what you think.

You boob that didn't answer any of what I asked. I asked why the second amendment is a decent reason, seeing as it's such a default answer for some.

It didn't workâEU¦ I STILL feel so lost and helpless I can't stand up for my selfâEU¦ Last time I did I ended up in he nurses office for an hour waking up from being beaten senseless by eighth graders... No one called my parents so I decided not to tell them"
Then I started telling teachers but they waved me off like I was none of their concern.I ended up trying to kill my self by hanging from my ceiling fan with a belt, the belt broke and I hit the ground. I started telling people that would listen then... The eighth graders told them I was lying even though I had the scars to prove it! Then almost EVERYONE turned away from me... I was even hated by my teachers. My history teacher pulled me out of class just to tell me how much of a failure I was and when they let me back insideâEU¦I pulled out any sharp object I could find and cut deep into my arm under the desk, a girl noticed the blood dripping off my arm and onto the ground she told the teacher and I was swarmed with questions "Do you hate your self?" "Do you think your ugly?" "Do you hate life?" Then one blind sided me "Why are you cutting , do you want to die?" I answered yes to all of them and broke down crying. They took me to the nurse and she patched me up butâEU¦ she promised not to the the REAL site of the cut
I had cut my arm and wrist that time it was my arm so no one would see the scars. She told my mom it was only on my wrist like she had promisedâEU¦And as soon as we had walked
out of the schoolâEU¦ she (my mom) started yelling and lecturing me about how I'm throwing away my good health and how there's a woman dying in the hospital being poked and prodded wanting to get better and stay heathy and live etc. and I said "Id trade places with her in a heart beat as long as it gets me away from
here..." She slapped me.And when I got home she started ACTING like she actually caredâEU¦ she had NEVER really cared about me she didn't even seem to mind that I was being harassed EVERY DAY! I started sending less and less time with people until she took me to see a therapist. He read my mind about everything that was going on and my mom acted suppressed saying things like "How could this have happened to my poor baby?" Stuff like that...
And to this day it still continues...the others just sit back and watch it happen and occasionally laugh... All I can do is wait and hope it gets better but I know it won't... I'm not living in a day dream I'm not an optimist either... I wish some one would just help me out of this hell hole I call life. Some times I think even my parents want me dead. They flip out at me about the smallest things like leaving a shoe out and all hell breaks loose and I eventually shout "Please shoot me you'll be doing us both a favor!"
I want this to end... For everyone
I'm trying to make an effect ( There's such a thing as cyber bullying guys) Im trying to start here to see if I can acctualy make an effect with the knowledge I have please don't be rude it's as simple as going to a different topic I don't appreciate the negitive feed your only fueling the fire as well as proving me right.
