if Hillary died there'd be some issues but i'm pretty certain that a person could be VP for 2 terms and president for a different 2 terms, i wish i did the research but i believe that there have been presidents that were VP for 2 terms and then became president for another 2, is that correct?

Now to the point of my own, at what point can we blow the whistle on the social misconduct of the African peoples that leads to the HIV outbreak. Are we to say, "We can't do anything it's their culture?!" You'd wonder why the European Imperialists tried to force their own culture on the Africans when one thinks of this terrible disease and the unsanitary conditions. I am not dissing African culture in terms of everything, but sexuality is something that can be controlled. How tough is it to say, if you don't want HIV, take better measures(like not having AS MUCH sex, be monogamous, use proper contraception if offered). If the people can't read, teach them to read first. If reasoning doesn't have an effect on some of them, teach them to reason. Sometimes i wonder if the US is curing the effect of the problem, and not the cause.

if no one minds if i defend, i've read plenty of Agent66's remarks and he's accurate, you're taking into account one general remark and turning it into something way different. Consider the following, you are your parents. The sperm and the egg fused from your parents who at that point in time were alive, therefore you were alive since conception. Therefore if you are killing a fetus, you are killing the parents. Now to how far an extent this becomes interpreted into law the governments must decide. Technically, it is mass suicide to kill a fetus. But one would wonder, if one cut off his or her finger, is that the same as terminating a pregnancy?
Here's another what if...supposed you cloned yourself and implanted the zygote(i guess) into a surrogate uterus and suddenly, you needed that pregnancy terminated, would that be suicide?
