When I went to Modesto here in California, there where about 15 homeless people walking around on railroad tracks and they where picking things up from the ground and eating some of what they picked up. Like crows in the street, I felt bad. Most of them were at a military store begging to be let in but the store owners wouldn't let them. 5 of them were arrested for trespassing on public property while the rest were booted away from the store. Even the children. After they were booted, they went back to the railroad tracks and started to eat random objects again.
