I've been a regular user for while now, and I believe i've pretty much got things down. I just voted on a flash under judgement in the portal. When I voted, I gave it a 3. Well when I looked at the score for the flash, it said my vote made the score go down .012 or something. But why? I thought that voting from 3-5 will help the score, and if under judgement, help save it, and 2-0 will effect it negatively and blam it. So why is the 3 decreasing the score?

And just to be clear, voting from 0-2 blams, and 3-5 saves right?

Isnt there a politics forum?
