If you're not 18, you can't get piercings or tattoos.
But you can get it done, just like you can get alcohol. It's the same thing.
They're professional and really clean. I've never gotten infected from one piercing.

New York is actually quite a lovely place. In St Marks, they don't ID you for piercings.
