Something similar to this happened to me aswell.

I was five when my cat chased a rabbit into our pool. It landed on the step, where the water was shallow so it didn't drown. We took it in, and put it in a cage where the cat couldnt get him. He had no visible injury, and he was eating and drinking just fine. Though two days later, I awoke and found him dead and stiff in his cage.

This is your temp at a 2% load. That is terrible, considering my CPU doesn't get that hot under a 90% load.
Suggestions:
1: TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER, or do not use it for big tasks (IE, gaming)
2: Stop using stock cooling, and buy a better heatsink.
3: Buy some Arctic Silver Thermal paste.

Once those temps cool down, use your comp to its full extent again.

If you dont fix that, it could result in damage to your CPU
