You could argue that, but you'd be wrong.

Anyone who understand macroeconomics understands the only way to increase output is to increase Aggregate Demand. The only fiscal ways to do this are to

A: Increase spending (Afghanistan/Iraq, Research)
B: Decrease Taxes (Bush Tax Plan)

Response to: US: Some soldiers are missing Posted March 23rd, 2003 in Politics

There has been one airplane downed, the UK jet hit by a partiot missile. THe reports of a Coalition plane going down in the Tigris River are false.

This is what happens in war people, don't act like you're suprised we don't have 0 casualties.

They think it interferes with the laser guidance systems.

Response to: WAR (for or against?) Posted March 23rd, 2003 in Politics

Are you kidding? Including myself there's maybe 3 people here who don't run around saying "OMG BUSH IS DUMB" in every post.

Response to: XBOX club Posted March 23rd, 2003 in Clubs & Crews

Yeah, seriously, TJ+E3 was awful...

Response to: protests Posted March 23rd, 2003 in Politics

I won't argue with you, but I will give you this present

Yeah, you really hit it right on the money there. New York City is probably the biggest backwater hick town in the country. I know more about global affairs than you know about your own family, fool, and if you read anything I wrote before attacking me, you'd know that.

You think you can just come to these forums, start trouble with your ignorant arguments, and then make ultimatums to the people here? Go away, moron, you don't know anything.

Response to: WAR (for or against?) Posted March 23rd, 2003 in Politics

This is the internet, everyone is anti-war.

Response to: protests Posted March 23rd, 2003 in Politics

Anti-War = Anti-Common Sense

And that's all I'm saying. Think what you want, you're wrong.

Response to: protests Posted March 23rd, 2003 in Politics

You don't encourage good debate, you spout baseless opinions under the guise of "omg constitution."

Response to: protests Posted March 23rd, 2003 in Politics

Then you should support the war. Once the war starts, the protests stop, period.

Response to: protests Posted March 23rd, 2003 in Politics

Hey, stop trying to trick me into saying I love Hitler, it isn't nice :-(

Don't worry about what government I like, if you want to waste time and energy protesting, go ahead. If you really cared about american life you wouldn't endanger our troops by lowering their morale.

This is precisely why democracy doesn't work.

Response to: reasonable suspicion Posted March 23rd, 2003 in Politics

You're wrong, sorry. Weed does not have the cultural foothold alcohol does, or else it would be legal.

Response to: protests Posted March 23rd, 2003 in Politics

Attack the enemy before he attacks you.

How is going against that a reason not to go to war?

Response to: protests Posted March 23rd, 2003 in Politics

I was talking to you, you have said NOTHING.

"OMG OMG PRE-EMPTIVE WAR BAD!" isn't a valid argument. Even if it were, that's just expressing a lack of a reason TO go to war, not a concrete reason NOT TO.

Response to: Drum Line Posted March 23rd, 2003 in Clubs & Crews

Oh, sorry, I didn't realize you were a famous professional musician.

Response to: protests Posted March 23rd, 2003 in Politics

I've yet to see an argument from you against war other than "omg bush is gay."

Get some facts, then you can try to insult me again.

Response to: protests Posted March 23rd, 2003 in Politics

They should be ignored, as their opinions are baseless and self-serving.

Response to: Drum Line Posted March 23rd, 2003 in Clubs & Crews

Why spend $100s on a drumset when you could suck at something else for free?

Response to: Homestar Runner Club Posted March 23rd, 2003 in Clubs & Crews

Trogdor the Burninator 0wnz.

Response to: Canada in the war Posted March 23rd, 2003 in Politics

Look, 9/11 is the fault of Canada's indifference to anything outside their own borders, and anyone who disputes that is a fool.

Canada sucks, they're a meaningless scarecrow state, case closed.
