well that totally depends on what type of crime they do

if it´s murder then yes i would agree on them being tried as an adult, since ending another person´s life is serious business

but if it was theft then they could be tried as an juvenile since its not a very serious crime

that was not as bad as i thought, even though they might steal your blood, then you must remember that it does exist people who pays alot of money to be bitten by small fishes to stimulate the blood flow. So therefore i think of this as the cheap way of being healthy.
