Wasted about 3 hours on the arena DLC for Borderlands only to have the enemies stop spawning. I never touched the game ever since.

Well I think they did try to innovate fighting games but the masses just didn't receive it too well. There were:

Destrega, Tobal and Ehrgeiz - "open world" fighting games where you get to run around
Psychic Force - flying around the arena
Bushio Blade - One hit kill fightig game depends more on timing and skill than combo memorization

Just think if they pulled off some more new things with fighting games now. I'd really love a revamp of the Bushido Blade series.

Yep, it's no longer in beta and anyone can dl and play it now (aside from European players I think).

Yeah, me and my BF want to try out SW:OR as well. Mostly him but you know...XD Anyway, I heard it can support on-the-fly character customization. That's what I'm mostly looking forward to since it really promotes RP-ing.

Nah, they launched last January 20-something. Now they're frequently having events and bonus EXP every now and then. Just wondering since most of the game discussions here are restricted to console games. I'm mostly into console games but I also play MMOs here and there.

Right now I'm really into Wonderking since it's a game I can relate to. It's side scrolling and (thank goodness) not a money drain. It's really cute (ok I love cute things/animals/etc.) and mostly it's because my friends play it too.

I used to play Exteel and Shin Megami Tensei: Imagine. I put a few months into Ragnarok too.

Well, that's the extent of my MMO gaming career.

Oh the lip syncing thing is usually the biggest problem when an anime or game is dubbed.

But I do agree some anime should hold back on those exaggerated tears. I still like watching anime though...I'm just choosy which to watch.

Anyway, I just went to Japan with my folks last January....gotta love the game bargains. They're selling a Gundam Char collector's ed Gamecube for only around $40. And the Wild Arms 3 collector's ed box I got for only $25.

They have whole buildings for game bargains. Can't beat that.

I'm sad I haven't watched it actually but it's one of those things that I just keep forgetting until I'm reminded of it.

I also had an experience in our school computer lab...even anime sites got classified as 'game'. The filters make researching hell and actually make it useless to even use the internet in the first place.

At the rate they filter sites, they should just install an encyclopedia program. Seriously.

Agree 100%! NMH (and Okami) is the only reason why I keep my Wii around. I'm currently playing NMH2 and I'm having a grand time, though I miss having the ability to go around Santa Destroy.

Still if Suda were to make an NMH for the PS3, I'm sure we'll see the city of Santa Destroy come to life.

So I hope someone picks up the NMH remake.
