The hiring process is pretty funny - the wage negotiations, damn near 10 hour orientation, silly ass store tour, safety lectures galore, videos circa 1973, and... Wal Mart management leading it all (Jesus...).
Wal Mart would be a good place to work if you are non English speaking, another minority, an old person, or using this as a first job or a temporary job. Otherwise, working with 'tards and unprofessional useless fuckfaces gets old fast.

To sum it up: make bad grades, make good grades, whatever path you choose is neither right nor wrong, just pick whichever one makes you happy, and as you go down the road of your life, just seek your own personal fulfilment over the outside wishes of the others.
