you and your opponent create a character with special abilities and both create and animation where your character wins and who evers is better wins

As for the actual topic, use the vCam found here. There is a download for both AS3 and AS2 if you scroll down (so don't say that it isn't the right one).
All you have to do is put the camera into your piece, and size/scale it to your heart's content.
