Well, it was originally meant for collecting the blubber for it's oil. They might still sell the blubber, or they just do it for sport.

One thing that bothers me is that people think we should save the whales because they're becoming an endangered species. How do you know? We know less about the ocean than we do space. I'm not saying that their numbers aren't declining, but I'm not saying they are either. We don't really know how many whales there are altogether, but these activist people have to take it upon themselves to save the whales from certain doom.

I'm not saying these Whale Wars guys aren't doing something useful, but they are doing something they don't really understand.

Alrighty, there are two different branches of Christianity, and one of them is Catholicism. Catholics believe that since Mary gave birth to Jesus she should be worshiped also, which I think God has no problem with. As for religious tradition, they're only doing what the Bible tells them to and what they think God wants them to do.

It's people like you who drive other people away from Christianity. The Bible says "Come as you are." If you're telling people that they're bad for sinning and that they'll go to Hell for their sins, of course they aren't going to say, "Oh, you're right! Help me change my ways!"

In my opinion, and from reading all of your posts from the past two hours or so and not saying anything up until now, you need to stop trying to prove you aren't gay and that you are better than everyone else because we're all sinners. You're a sinner to and you need to shut up.

Apparently people don't read through the whole thread. As I've already stated before (this is the third time), if I were to delete all of the people who did these things, I'd have no friends. So "sort of" deleting the account is pretty much the same as deleting all of my friends. I don't really see what's so hard to understand about that and why I'm so stupid. Also like I said before, apparently I'm not allowed to make my own decisions, otherwise I get ridiculed for it.

What I think is funny is that you're all so intense about this. I'm sorry I caused you all to be upset because of my choice, but then again, I don't ca're what you think. If you want to get upset, fine. It's a really stupid reason though, considering all I did was quit Facebook. "Oh, you're so stupid for deleting it. Just block your friends!" If you had read all of my posts in this thread, maybe you would understand why I did it.

Well guys, I finally did it. I deleted my Facebook account. I was sick of seeing all of the idiots on there with their terrible spelling and stupid "Nostalgia" pictures that they think everyone cares about. I'm a free man, no longer having to get Farmville requests or random pokes. I feel reborn. Ha! Yeah...
