We can't accurately visualize what the people were doing when the natural disaster happened. Not to mention that horror movies escape people from reality and it has very unusual stuff that happens during those kind of movies. Where did you even get that kind of stuff?
so do you think people are coming to a time where horror movies are turning into something normal and harmless ?Horror movies aren't real. They aren't normal nor harmless. They are meant to be scary and have stuff that nobody sees in reality. It's extraordinary.
the only thing that scared me since year`s was a game i played last night but everything new just stopped.... so what do you think?
that right there is exactly why it's NOT scary anymore. if it aint happening in my neighborhood, i'm not scared. i sure as hell wasnt scared during the 9/11 attacks' news broadcast.. why dafuq are people on the west coast scared about what happens on the east? it's not like all of america was under seige by a full-on invasion force..
the ebola outbreak isnt even too badly concerning me right now, since the closest place to my state it's actually hit is texas...
if something serious happened to my next door neighbor, then i might be scared a little depending on what did it and if they or it are still lurking near my doorstep.
but never would i expect a terrorist to target a place of as dismal intrest as arizona, other than the likes of jared laughner of course.. and i wasnt anywhere near there at the time.
so me getting scared about anything anytime soon is a little far fetched.

Every business entity beyond sole proprietorship and de facto partnership is created solely by the government. This means the government does have a great degree of control over what a business can and cannot do while still retaining its ability to legally do business in the US.
While the government has chosen to keep its nose out of what business such entities conduct, and has only entered into the arena of how the conduct business in the matter of protection of the public, the government does have a very strong power to ensure that the businesses are not playing tricks whether legal or not to get out of paying the taxes that fund the fondation upon which they were even able to create their business.
The only difference bwteen tax avoidance and tax evasion is the legality. In the end, they are both selfish acts that place the needs of the few well above the needs of the many. And while they are legally allowed to do so, they are still morally and ethicaly shitty for doing so. (You can blame the Dodge brothers for this.)
personally i could care less what businesses do or dont do with their money so long as it doesnt finance something else i'm against.. i'm actually against the concept of money existing altogether.. but i realize that since people have become dependent on it since it's invention, it's here to stay so i'm not for abolishing the dollar or anything..

pretty much yeah. but it's obviously the exception to the rule..
it had backward compatibility with original xbox, didnt have babylike graphical stylization, and didnt feature a bs motion sensor controller as it's default primary one.

they look way better than last gen, theres really no differences except for the wii u which is a step up from from the last console.
i'm not even a sega person.. plus i hated all last gen too. i never said it didnt suck..
the last systems in the lines i play that were any good were as follows: ps2, gamecube, gba, psp, xbox 360, and windows 7.
gc couldnt ever play n64 games not ported to it nor use n64 hardware, but it's not like any installment of non-portable nintendo i ever cared to play the real deal of before that had such features either so theres not really much to complain about them removing.
the 3ds is shit so i dont have it let alone any for it. my ds lite is decent enough despite the fact it cant play gbc and original gb games..
however, i did have a couple things for the original wii nintendo estore..
nes ninja gaiden 1, super smash bros 64, final fantasy 1..
those were all decent things..
but i pirate now so meh..
i'm a full-grown neet so i dont have such restrictions..
just all the hedonism i could ever wish for..
i dread to think of when i'll need to start working..
still, once i have enough resources and experience to start my business, work i must. this world needs me...
i wont ever let myself become it's slave like most workers do though..

Frankly, the only difference between evasion and avoidance is the wording itself, as they are virtually the same thing once we remove the semantics involved. BK moving their HQ to Canada should have some grounds for discussion about the tax rates, though how exactly does it affect employment in this country from one company isn't that big of a deal. After all, there are plenty of foreign companies that owned American companies (InBev with Budweiser for example) that still have a lot of American employees.
way to totally strawman me. i wasnt saying it was irrelevant, i was saying that these companies have the right to stick their middle fingers up at america if they want.
also, if you fear derailing this thread so much, you could always pm me.. i get my news from my feed, not the forum itself, so i wont be missing anything..
unless of course you're either inconvenienced by the pm system or need to find a way to humilate those you find wrong in front of the whole ng community, in which case i totally understand..

the games? sure they're great. the systems themselves however? they're so terrible i think they gave me cancer..
the wii u has no default capacity for backward compatibility with gamecube for starters.. not that many systems have such features, but once you incorporate a good feature, the laws of the universe dictate you must never remove it in any future installment.
then, it also retains the original wii's shit controller design, which i swear was based on the power glove. motion sensors have no place in the default controller of a system, that shit is reserved for stuff like light guns.
it's not even all that much more accurate than the powerglove either...

so like, inverse odds for how things work in ogre battle 64 eh? intriguing.. personally i wouldnt mind becoming a skeleton, or even a zombie, if not for the fact that i'd lose my brains. a lich however, that would be totally awesome... unless some angry mob jacked my phylactery.. then i'd be totally screwed...

ha. good one.. my mother's actually a mormon so i had little choice in the matter. but as i grew older, and became self-aware and open-minded, and actually was intelligent enough to read the bible properly, the more i read, the more insidious it sounded.
jesus a perfect example? dont make me laugh. he preached that when someone strikes your cheek, you should turn the other cheek. he called people out on hypocrisy. that is all fine and dandy, but the moment he sees people desecrating a temple, he doesnt hesitate to march in there armed with a makeshift whip to kick their ass.
if that's not hypocrisy, i dont know what is.

if that was a joke or not, i care not. patriotism is fucking retarded. there's no reason to blindly serve any country. nobody's perfect. nobody inherently deserves our support.
we should all burn flags every time our country's elite offend us for that matter, if that's what it makes us feel like doing.
other than the times you cant afford to buy a supply of your country's flag to burn of course, since stealing one and/or putting yourself in debt aint good. you dont need to burn a flag to survive, so there's no reason you'd need to steal it.
as krusty the clown's father would say: "when you die, that's it."
seriously, the only way we can make heaven a reality is if we create utopia on earth while we still live.
i'm all for serving one's fellow beings, which the bible supposedly says is serving the lord, however, let's not delude ourselves into thinking death is a good thing.
i watched "ER" every day when i was a young'un... nothing fazed me after that. not even stephen king's "it".
either explorer 7 or 8 (cant remember which) was my absolute favorite back when it still worked.
now that it doesnt, i prefer chrome. but since my mother's computer doesnt take kindly to me using chrome anymore, i'm forced to use firefox, since that's the only other browser i can comprehend.
the others are far too complicated for me.

you absolute buffoon.. no appreciation for metaphors.. i know it's probably mostly a joke you attempted but still..
anyhow, i'll sink to your level for a second and retort: both guys take each other's remaining eye out simultaneously in one last spiteful attempt to get back at the other.
aw crap, i read this as "the ussr needs to be resurrected"... but i do agree the secret service, like most branches of government here, are dysfunctional and need work..

it's retarded. if nobody good is running, it's your civic duty to perpetuate nobody being in office to prevent those jackasses from seizing power by not voting.
not that it would have any effect.. even if nobody new were elected, people would probably keep the idiot who was already there in office so chaos wouldnt ensue..

that man from guilty gear, duo from megaman 8, ninetails, rafflesian, and duckbill mole from megaman x command mission, shinra and kagari from ikaruga, quote and curly brace from cave story, dr. dark in breath of death 7..
i cant recall any others at present, but there are probably at least a few more...
all the pokemon games, all the zelda games, duke nukem 3d, wario blast, gb ducktales, super mario land, all the megaman games i could get my hands on, fable 1, super smash bros melee, chip and dale rescue rangers, sonic 3d blast, sonic r, sonic cd, all the final fantasy games up to x-2 except ff7, sonic adventure 1 and 2, runescape, adventurequest, mechquest, dragonfable, duke nukem 2, mole's quest, all the star wars games i could get my hands on, overlord 1 and 2, some mac rpg i cant recall much of except that it's a very old 2d overhead, features two warring cities in the beginning which wear red and blue, one of which was named "un", you could type to talk to the npcs and have surprisingly intelligent conversations for it's age, and had a tune playing in the background featuring a country-style guitar and a classical piano, which i vividly recall only a portion of the notes for.
also played alone in the dark 3, warcraft 2, lords of magic: special edition, how the grinch stole christmas, arc the lad: twilight of the spirits, and a multitude of other games i cannot remember.
yes, my childhood had games out the wazoo. quite a bit of anime too, but that's another story.
