Recently, I've been working on beatboxing while whistling.

If you can't do that, there's always twiddling your fingers (mad skills) or maybe doing some puzzles.

Then of course, there's always the option of starting a conversation with a stranger.

25 inches would be useless, but having a funny shape would be awesome.

It would have to be food, just in a highly condensed form designed to time-release the exact right dose of whatever nutrients/vitas/minerals you require as determined by your physical activity.

Also, it's completely impossible to make a pill which covers all the dietary requirements for a daily routine. The chemical components of food just aren't that compressable, even if the pill contains only vital nutrients and perfect aminos.
