Recently, I've been working on beatboxing while whistling.

If you can't do that, there's always twiddling your fingers (mad skills) or maybe doing some puzzles.

Then of course, there's always the option of starting a conversation with a stranger.

25 inches would be useless, but having a funny shape would be awesome.

I'm thinking something like
(movie announcer voice) ...in a future world of tomorrowwww...
One man... with the ability to mould his manhood into any shape...
will take on a futuristic facist theocracy...
and find his seven true loves.

or die, because it's not food it's a bunch of chemicals and nutrients.

magic drugs make your problems go away.

It would have to be food, just in a highly condensed form designed to time-release the exact right dose of whatever nutrients/vitas/minerals you require as determined by your physical activity.

Also, it's completely impossible to make a pill which covers all the dietary requirements for a daily routine. The chemical components of food just aren't that compressable, even if the pill contains only vital nutrients and perfect aminos.

Lowering the cost of production.

And paying for a little tag which warns "Some assembly required. Made in china." is a whole bunch cheaper than paying for fifteen times as much volume in a shipping container.

Topic: Liberal media? No- its just media

Posted: 02/08/09 08:22 PM

Forum: Politics

The media as a whole is just about as biased as your level of educational enlightenment allows it to be. If you have enough common sense to deduce the actual reasoning behind any world, continental, or local politics, you have enough common sense to listen or to watch a newscast and get the facts about what's actually being done, where public funds are being sent, and who's in charge of what projects.

No sensible voter should be without his own research and analytical strategy. Read Glomph's post to get an idea of how to watch the news and still keep your head.

At 2/8/09 08:00 PM, Patton3 wrote: This coming from the same guy honestly doesn't think FOX news is conservatively biased and thinks Sarah Palin actually has a chance at winning in 2012.

Fox news counteracts a slight liberal bias spread throughout the rest of the 24 hr news networks with as much conservative bias as would be required to keep it statistically "fair and balanced". Any variation of this argument is enough to give a FOX news devotee a minor stress headache.

You ever noticed that like sports teams when they play at their own home stadium they have a higher chance of winning? It's like they're more used to the weather or something. So ironic it's redeculuz!

Has anyone else noticed yet that it's like when you fart really bad it seems to have some sort of connection with the things you ate? Like when I eat way too much cnady followed closely by a pound or so of refried beans it's like I have to fumigate my entire house? That's like so ironic.

Man you know whats ironic is when blthhhhhhbbbbbbbbppppt... grnnnnnnthroopppppp......

Topic: I choose to be a virgin!

Posted: 02/08/09 07:36 PM

Forum: General

Rationalization:
In psychology and logic, rationalization is the process of constructing a logical justification for a belief, decision, action or lack thereof that was originally arrived at through a different mental process. It is a defense mechanism in which unacceptable behaviors or feelings are explained in a rational or logical manner; this avoids the true explanation of the behavior or feeling in question.

You can only have chosen to be a virgin if you've made the conscious choice to deny the sexual advances of another in favor of keeping your virginity. In a few months, you'll think back to your post and laugh (if you're not laughing already).

Time exists, but it's entirely relative. One event on the macroscopic scale cannot precede its donor or initial event. The concept of "time" arises as humanity attempts to put to words the effectual result of causality on the material level of existence.

Duh.

My congratulation-salutation is a cleverly disguised as a snipe which emphasises my clever but cold composition. I purposely inject humor into said post to catch SevenSeize's eye and hopefully elicit some sort of response from this person I've never spoken to in my life.

In the end, my post is swallowed by the multiplying drama that is a modding thread.

Happy volunteering.

It's not as if it was a political discussion. We're talking kids in school learning about recent history, here. The teacher was probably trying to get the kids to understand what the generation ahead of them/their parents/their grandparents went through politically in the months following the attack. People were confused and looking for answers starting from absolutely zero knowledge.
