Exactly. We haven't had an actual executive in the WH since Clinton. Neither Bush nor Obama have been leaders. They have their opinions, but neither of them have really gone out and done anything on their own little lonesome. People will whine about the Affordable Care Act or the Iraq war but you have to go and see who really sold those two curfuffles. Obama didn't sell The Affordable Care Act, it was an idea that the party had for years that couldn't get enough support until it had a super majority and even then it still wasn't popular with the entire party. Obama didn't write that bill, members of his party and advisers did. The Iraq War was sold by Cheney and Colin Powell; not so much Bush 43.
So to answer the OP, if they have leadership skills and actively seek to accomplish their goals, then yes, it's ok to have celebs as leaders.
That's good then. It's just that my father says a president (here in my country) should know more about leadership skills and about laws because mostly of our presidents here are lawyers and gave the people a good governance.

In here, many petitions were given that our government should abolish the Pork Barrel system since many cases where heard about politicians being corrupt. Many people in my country are rallying about it saying it should be abolish now.

To his credit, Arnold probably was the most qualified of all the celebrities there.
So was he good? We even had a president who's a former action star here and but his term didn't last well...

Of course, Ronald Reagan wasn't that much of an actor and besides, most politicians are already actors in the cheating sense.

Has no one called bullshit on that yet? Because that sounds corrupt as all hell.
Most of the people knows it because they blame it as the cause of poverty here. They just don't know who to point who's politicians are corrupt but recently someone was revealed. A woman who distributes the money to these politicians. It was also revealed she shared these large amount of money to her family. She was currently jailed now and her cases in the court was conducted. The court now disabled all the visas of these criminals and politicians to avoid escaping.

Thank you very much

What a true executive really needs is decision-making ability and leadership.Unfortunately, all too often, they don't even have decision making and leadership qualities, they just desire a position of power.

Candidacy for national and local government positions just occurred this year in my country. I noticed that there are a lot of actors and actresses running for mayor, councilor and governor.
Well, my opinion is I don't want them taking those places. I mean they don't even have any education related to governance. The sad thing is these people vote them because they are famous and not because of what they've done good for the country aside from being known to people. Example is a not so active actress here ran for a mayor position. She asked if she have any ideas on how it is done and the bad thing is she says she don't but she will ask her relatives who are lawyers to assist her. She was know here as a very noisy and scandalous woman who have many cases of arguing with other actors or actresses. Isn't that aggravating?
I'm just going to ask what's your opinions about this cases and if you have experienced this kind of stuff in your government.
Thank you
It's my first time submitting art here in NG so I don't know much about scouting. I submitted 4 artworks here in NG and I was been scouted recently. My question is what is the purpose of scouting (I read some info about it but I just want an information from others about it) and how can I scout an artist if I can.
