First off the art style is weak and looks like it was done by a 7 year old or with a mouse. You might want to invest in a graphic tablet or cintiq. (I'm selling my graphic tablet probably)
Second, the jokes seem a little forced which is ok, sometimes. You want to try and make the jokes flow, which can be hard. (This goes into the writing portion of the video.)
Third, the voice acting seems like you weren't all that into it. Don't be afraid to scream or yell into the mic. Just keep an eye on your audio levels. You don't want them to max out because that's when everything sounds bad.
Finally, givin that you did in it in such short time, some things can be forgiven. However, if it is a comic, you are relying on beautiful art and perfect voice acting. If you are going towards cartoon, you need perfect voice acting decent art and smooth movement.

Thanks for the great response! As for the art style.... Sad thing is I was drawing with a graphic tablet. But I am working on my drawing skills to improve for my first real animation. Voice work is also definitely something to improve on. I am working on a sequel to Propagandium which will be fully animated and this time I can put a lot more time and effort into it to make it more polished.

Hello everyone. I am an aspiring animator. I have created a Movie (or narrated comic) called Propagandium. This was made for a school project so I only had one week to make this which is why instead of being fully animated, there are just still pictures with the voices. The art isn't the best either and there are a few errors in the script but I am currently working on a fully animated sequel.

I just want to know what you guys think of the story, characters ect...

- FULL animation
-Better backgrounds
-better audio quality
-improved art style
