Dan Houser [co-founder of Rockstar Games] says that he cannot find any way to complete the game in less than 150 hours.
150 hours to create the entire game. it wont be all gangsta, half of it youll be woring for the Mafia.

the police in each 3 citys will have diffrent skins and tactics, the police AI has been inproved. allso they got new tricks, like if your heading to your vichile, a police guy on a bike is able to jump off his bike, and land on the hood of the car and shoot you. allso..
Rumors: if you got wanted level 1 or 2 the cops will arrest you if you comply, they wont punch you to death.

yeah the GTA discs for PS2 and Xbox are very sensitive.
first i play GTA3 and VC on PC, and 2nd itll come out first on PS2 like the last 2 games, but 2 months later after the PS2 version comes out the PC version will come out. so its not PS2 only.
