new info! You can control trams by yourself.
You can adjust the camera in different directions for example to prevent a crash during a chase.
Tuning with your car will have no effect, only nitro will fasten up your car.
If you gain enough experience you can control a tow truck. With this you can lift up cars and move them.
While diving you can have a nice view on the fish. The time you can stay under water will be notified with a blue stamina meter.

How Turf Owning Works:
To take over turf you go to enemy territory and start taking out the rival gang. After you survive a couple waves of attacking, the turf now belongs to OGF, and as such they will start spawning on the street. Every now and then someone from a rival gang will try to take the turf back...So you got to scrap together a posse and defend it.

-One of the city blocks in San Fierro is called Hashbury after Haight and Ashbury which were 2 hippy neighbourhoods from the 1960's.
-A Hippy Shopper store (double groan) lies in the background, with a VW Camper Van parked out front.
-A NRG 500 is added to the game to replace the PCJ 600
-Cobra Martial Arts is the name of the Dojo were CJ can learn Karate.
-One of the karate moves is the drop heel kick. (I got no idea what that is so if anyone could explain it)
-You can combine diffrent attacks to make your own style.
-Two other techniques are the running front kick and the hook-your-heel-behind-the-enimies-neck like thing.
-One of the radio stations is K-Jah West FM which has Dub and Jazz music.
-There is a place called Doherty which has some things that remind you of the 1989 eartquake.
-There is a building which CJ has bought with some other friends.
-CJ and Cesar have a mission in which they want to steal some motors at Otto's Autos. Which is located in the San Fierro version of Embercadero.
-Garden Bridge is the name of the San Fierro version of Bay Bridge.
-TransFender is the name of the shop were CJ can pimp his ride.

- In Da Nang Thang you need to free hostiges from a tanker. You do this by driving your car in the water and get out of the car. Then you need to swim towards the tanker. You use a knife to kill one gaurd. Then you get his shotgun and try to kill 2 other guards. After that you need to fight Head Honcho with a Katana. After a short fight (in the demo it just took 20 sec. to cut of Head Honcho's) you leave in a dinghy and earn $30,000.

The Golden Gate Bridge representation in San Fierro is known as the "Garden Bridge", not the "Gant Bridge" as originally thought.

Car modification is definitely in, with plenty of parts available to buy at the Transfender Garage:

Prices for each part vary, but expect to pay $970 for a standard front bumper upgrade
Holding the X and Circle buttons will activate the nitro, the only car customisation option which affects performance
A visit to the Cobra Martial Arts Dojo will provide CJ with the ability to learn new martial arts moves. One word of caution, learning such moves, like the Drop Heel Kick, will overwrite any moves learned at other gyms.
Creating a combination of techniques like martial arts and streetfighting will be key to success in combat.
Cesar will appear in San Fierro, and seems to be friendly with CJ. Expect to be stealing cars from places like Otto's Autos with Cesar.
