1. I enjoy voicing animations and videos, it's neat to see something at the same time I hear my voice. My current job has me doing alot of radio ads and so I hear my voice frequently I just like a visual medium as well.
2. My ideal job would be in an episodic animation or game series. I love voicing villains , either comically or serious, they are just fun to do! So that would definitely be a good fit for me I think.
The decision to make this forum pleases me. I can't wait to start getting involved again!

Oh I bet some people are getting quite excited and/ or nervous. I have turned in my scores and reviews.... I have to say you are all amazing. I am very glad to see how well this all turned out. Alot of unknowns in this contest and you blew me away. Be ready for those results.

Are you talking about this contest?If so that last I heard about it, was found here on Osuka's news. From what I have gathered... it's been delayed partly due to a lack of motivation and some technical mumbo jumbo that I don't quite understand honestly. (I can barely draw let alone do 3D rendering)

You know, I agree that the visualizations really don't add or detract from anything. The audio portal is about... well, audio. However, I will say this and let it be. I have a six year old and he misses the badger and angry faic visualizations and I do kinda miss him looking over my shoulder and creepily going "badger badger badger badger". Also I kinda miss him expressing his pure delight when he saw the angry faic. He loves that so much that he has a sticker on the door to his room. So in a way I miss the old visualizations, but it doesn't matter to me either way, there are more important issues. I just want to listen.
I must say I am really looking forward to all these entries. they look amazing so far. I always kept a close eye on TOFA and now I shall watch NATA. There are so many creative people here it just blows my mind. Keep up the good work everyone!
If I were in your shoes Tom, I would most definitely go the VC route. Why? Because, like you said, that would be living the dream. If I put all the blood, sweat, and tears into something for this long and have made it as great a place as this without help. I would want to take that next step.
In summary, my vote is for VC.

oh man... it's only been like three days since the submission deadline and I am checking the thread at least once an hour to see if there are any results yet. I think I might be a little bit anxious...
I don't know whether I should be super excited or really nervous. I think I will choose excited! There is ALOT of great competitors in this... I have heard of a few of you but for the most part you guys are new "faces" to me, and from what I am hearing you have been lying in wait for just such an opportunity as this to leap out and display your awesome talent! This is going to be a tough running... I feel bad for the Judges they are going to have to work REALLY hard on this to get these judged. I believe the winners being within 1 or 2 points of each other... though I may be wrong... and THAT is why I don't judge LOL!
