Sometimes I think to myslef to just go with the flow but theres something horrible about this state where you just want to wake up.

reguar, also a heelflip. or actually it was this ridiculas primo flip thing but that doesnt really count.

pretty sick footage from everyone.
vlad's edit was put together well. the skating was high quality too. cronic's mini ramp vid was nice, theres a small mini like that near me that we need to film on. i do love my local one though.

Thats an awesome concept! now an awesome question... where do you get your markers? im using ultra fine sharpies and they bleed like crazy.

cheers! Theres this art shop near me that sells ultra fine 'paint markers'. yknow the pens that you shake and have to press down to get working. they work quite well on most things.

I reckon I would doodle all over it with a thin black marker. Maybe add a coloured gradient before.

Its a good start. Using different camera angles is a nice idea. It needs to have a more complete look to it. Try adding colours to the foreground+bg and add some style to your character. good though!

I think a flat color for the sky would work well with the cartoon feel you have going and not distract from the main focus. I look forward to the finished painting.

yeah, i was thinking of adding a coloured sky but i thought it would be too risky if i went wrong. i think im going to keep it black+white and work on my painting technique. thanks!

This is my progress, i think i might add some shading round the edges of the sky to finish it. and add some wires in the floor.

phone camera = shit quality, i will take a decent image of the final thing.
