By the way, ILBC, i lost faith in newgrounds when tom and wade refused to IP ban people after numerous accounts in violation of the 2 bad flashes rule. Or at least permanently ban them from the portal, up until they can submit a certain amoutn of flashes to tom or wade themselves that pass their judgement.

Its not a problem, its all about the learning experience. As for the flash, normally, if the content isnt hateful as well, the admins will either let it go, or in extreme cases, ask for a rename if the flash even passes.

Only the title is anywhere near hateful. The flash is just a loo with music and "fred" moving his hands up and down rapidly. I will not say how i voted, that would promote mass voting, watch it for yourselves, that means you too, Sectus.

Well, here's another fit of computer problems. One room mate literally ripped my laptop in half, I fixed it, it worked fine, then, another room mate kept bumping it, making the already bad network card worse. It had a broken screen, no battery, and a pretty much obliterated casing, so it would be cheaper to buy another computer. In the end i could connect to the internet, but when i tried to send data, it just went to no network access. I will be as active as i can, thank goodness i live a bus ride away from two colleges i can use the computer at.

I can do the graphic effects. All i need is a couple sketch artists, and an animator or two, and we have ourselves a flash. I sent the pictures to you for a reason Tails. I wanted to know if you like my work with effects. I'm watching tutorial after tutorial about how make things in Photoshop CS5.

I have to agree the project would be a very nice way to advertise what the NGPD is really for. It would clear up a lot of the confusion that new recruits have.

Well it said penetration, didn't mention any exceptions, if I'm wrong, my bad. The rating matching the content doesn't matter if the content is against is against the rules of NG. As for the profile issue, i've yet to find one user who owns up to stealing a flash. The kitty crew had stolen some flahses, and just put their pening animation on them. I PMed a few of the members, the one/s involved in posting the stolen flash/es, and the higher ups in the kitty crew. Not a single one gave me a helpful response, they all just cussed me out and told me to mind my own business before i got hacked.

My wireless card craps out at random times, so i have to restart my computer to get my wireless signal back. I have recently started doing CG work with the Adobe CS5 Master Collection i got from the guy i work for. I've been playing around with different effects, combining filters, settings, layer types, and things like randomly placed brush strokes and blurs. My main goal is to create images for website templates, backgrounds, and evetnually get into making symbols for tween animations, and then full on drawing for frame by frame.

At this time, I only have two pictures to put up. I made both of them, took me about 20 minutes for the first one, then about 45 minutes for the second one.

I can only upload one picture per post, so i will link to the 2nd version. The MrAngel background pic was clipped to fix NG's size guidlines. The original is 1024x768, and the original Fire/Dragon Background is 1280x800.

Penetration used to be specifically mentioned as grounds for flagging a flash. I have no clue why they took that part out, it would get those flashes off the site alot quicker. I'm pretty sure quite a few people don't know how to handle that judgement call. I search for any reason to flag flashes if i cannot find matching author information for a flash submitted on at least one other site, or if i can't find a reasonable sign up date for the user ( example is a user submitting a flash that is on multiple game sites that signs up on NG the day they post flash, often times 2 or more high quality works). The unsuitable or illegal content part i just flag, same with the malicious coding issue

I read the posts, and i know what you were referring to. Those posts were before i was informed that the NGPD couldn't be a general chat lounge, or it would be locked.

The only suggestion for finding proof at this point, is speaking to the site administratos, and see if they have any way to match the flash with the author.

I would like to bring up a noteable amount of users submitting flashes that are found on multiple flash game sites. I do not have any definite proof they stole them, but i am on the lookout for any i might find. I noticed that out of the four people I've seen with possibly stolen flashes, two had stolen flashes submitted, and the other two have an NG account name that matches the name of a site that hosts flash content. One example is a user named games2rule. I highly doubt these users are the owners of the site, if they were they would link to the site they refer to on their user page.

Maybe for you, not for me, though. I played PS2 Mega Collection and Genesis on 2, 3, S&K, S2&K, and 3/S3&K, and it's all the same erorrs.

It only does if you use debug close to the door leading to the teleporter to sky sanctuary in S&K, other than that, my only other issue has been the Act 2 Lava Reef boss not starting since the screen never starts scrolling down if you use the super boxes too much.

I've used to many super boxes in on act i had to sit there for a minute and a half while it counted my points up from my rings.

Yes, I'm the Tech Admin for the forum. I made the forum around the time which i was Commissioner. Tails trusts me enough, so even though don't have any official rank but I know if i say something when someone is being out of line and warn them about the consequences, he would treat my word as he does anyone else who has proven themselves capable of handling chaos here, whether current or honorably discharged NGPD member. The rules of the forum are more relaxed than on NG, to an extent. You're all still supposed to act mature, but you won't be banned or have your posts deleted for a few adult words, or telling a story that involes som mature content. However, note that threads with mature content must be marked M18+, or they will get deleted.

I'm a sort of anime virgin. The only ones I've ever watched are Sailor Moon, some of DragonBall/Z/GT, and ... Naruto. I have a hard time letting series go once i start them, I'm going to watch Naruto to the end, and I still, even after it's been out in the U.S.A for about 16 year, haven't gotten past 140 or so in Sailor Moon.

I would like to try out some new anime. I'm drawn towards ones with intricate plots, a lot of magic, blade work and martial arts, and i really, really don't like it when someone has a plan, but it's outsmarted, and the plot ends there. I like back up plans for backup plans, to an extent of course. I am a sort of Ninja enthusiast, since they were skilled at what they do, and i like things that take a long hard training regiment to master. The ninja thing is not a requirement. I do like a high powered final battle here and there, but not the Dragonball series way of every fight someone ends up spirit bombed or kamehameha'd. I like challenges. I appreciate good music and proper animation and syncing, which i'd figure, is a given around here.

It's been a while since I've checked in on things in this thread, is there a membership requirement or is it open post as long as you're on topic?
