1) restart your pc (without running any program)
2) go to my documents then msn recieved files (or wherever the virus was downloaded to)
3) delete george bush.exe or whatever its called
4) go to the c: directory
5) delete the 5 or so files that look the same called msn.exe, hotmail.exe etc..
6) restart again
