Hmmm....Unfortunately, RPGM is not the latest RPG Making technology, its been around since '95 and the only reason any english version is available is Don Miguel. Enterbrain only released an english version because they were losing cash from the copies being distributed around the internet.

Advanced RPG Technology? Developers generally write their own engines using the specific console development kit, for example Square-Enix developed Final Fantasy XIII's "White Engine" on the PS2 platform, before later porting it to the PS3 software technology. Not that i'm interested in either PS3 or FFXIII.
