but the pictures alright.

zellomesh IS sorta odd. I mean, seemingly the only thing they've done to differentiate it from newgrounds is change the word "portal" to "dome" and add an art portal.

but the logo looks pretty sweet, they've done a great job with design. except in the "domes"

NO MORE 'I'LL MAKE SIGS FOR YOU' THREADS!!!!! THEIR ANNOYING. AND PONZ OWNS ALL OF YOU AT IT.

that is all.

Your a really good artist.
On my favorites you go. :3

And for Test-Object and MorrowDays, If you guys need anymore Art, I'm your man.
I'm happy to help with anything.
And BTW are we doing profiles? It'll be a nice touch (0_o)

Kudos to you all.

Thanks! I appreciate the appreciation. Test object's the author of this so I cant give a tremendous answer about why yours didnt get in, but if you want to make them better, do some blurred shading and make some lines thicker than others.

In other words, just like, spend about fifteen minutes pumping it with awesome :)

Profiles would be really cool.

y'all wishes y'all could be drawin' these gangsta moonsign.

word.

if the style doesnt fit with the rest of the movie test object, let me know and I'll draw a really traditional looking one.

I actually really liked looking at yours, mostly because of the Hahabears speachbubble. The whole thing had a nice japanese vintage quality about it.

James, er... HUGH, whichever you prefer, I kinda like toys, by API. test object, CHECK IT.

remember to listen to "toys", I think its the third or fourth one.

I updated it.

looks great! It might need to be a little slower though, with an increased frame rate. what is it at now? [frame rate]

also, this is relatively time consuming, but you should think about putting the stars on a different layer than the buildings, because stars move a lot slower than buildings do when your moving past them. Check out the latest Blockhead installement and look at the parts where he's walking on the sidewalk and there are quite a few layers of scenery moving at gradually slower speeds.

its going to be an awesome animation when its done. Whoever's doing button art needs to remember to add a little sound for it though, like in Dad'n Me.

looking good test object.

No wai! Im in toronto too! All of your work is really amazing, and I guess your ability to deal with twelve year olds comes with the 19yr-old-ness... but either way, most users here would be like, "STFU n00bage!!!! grr!!!! lvl 14 avatar! " and then everyone would freak out and start flaming.

Anyway, I got pretty off topic there... just wanted to remark on how amazing your stuff is, and that its cool that your from toronto. Are you checking out luminato? if your planning on it, I recommend going down to the distillery district, there are a few art galleries with pieces for like, $36,900. No joke.

:power to the torontonians. :)

I think you mean... you TRACED it with a crappy shade effect. you cant blame programs for your artistical inabilities. Your art isnt bad, but seriously, dont trace.

and btw, that sig that RedLemur made you? totally funny.

old shape, you dont know what you're talking about.

and why ever not? are you trying to say that once a very, VERY large idea (in this case an art forum collab) has been done several times, its finished, and anything that comes after it is deemed unoriginal and boring? That doesnt seem fair. Or right. If you look at everything you see by those rules, then you must live a pretty sad life. we'll work hard, and it'll be awesome.

Response to: NG: City at Night... Posted June 2nd, 2007 in Art

heres a piece of scenery for in front, blurred because its not the focus, the buildings are. you said you'd get rid of the rectangle, so hope that still works, um... yeah....

Im planning to do a moon for the background, is that okay with you test-object?

hugh nelson, you have my most sincere apology. I had no idea James was the name of your great grandfather who died while taming wild zebras. with all due respect, I hope you can forgive me. from now on I'll just call you what you want to be called.

ponz should win an award. 11 pages of sig making is incredible.

plus, [and you should all be jealous] he did mine the best.

ponz, are you planning any animations for the near future?

Response to: Interactive panography Posted May 31st, 2007 in Art

thats really awesome. great job, you should fulfill it and make it totally three dee. like, I mean... you should be able to go all the way up. into the sky.

Response to: Flash Problem Posted May 30th, 2007 in Game Development

that happens to me occasionally, just save alot so you dont lose anything. also, if it closes down when you change scenes, just use one scene. restarting your computer also helps.

have another one. I was playing around with a brush technic I just found out about through chance, and I think the style of it looks quite nice and homely. I did this in about a half hour, so it should still be valid if you're actually checking on the quality of time spent stuff.

test object, you havent said anything here in a while, is the collab still in progress?

Response to: NG: City at Night... Posted May 29th, 2007 in Art

alright, heres the latest. scanned it from my sketchbook then added green and grey in flash, made it darker, and added little pegs so that it seems almost like a legitimate building.

lol. Im like, the art installation guy. which every city needs. when we do profiles, can that be part of mine? :)

STOP BEING CRITICAL OF OTHER PEOPLE'S STUFF!!!! ITS REALLY ANNOYING, AND YOU HAVE NO PLACE TO DO IT SINCE YOU CANT DRAW AS WELL. NOW STOP SAYING ANNOYING THINGS AND THEN APOLOGIZING FOR THEM, BECAUSE ITS JUST DUMB!!!!
g-force, thats pretty sick. I'd call it a collage.

grr..
