Wait, you don't believe in global cooling? So, the cyclic long term warming of the earth just magically goes away?

How certain are we that it was a meteor that wiped out the dinosaurs? If it was, wouldn't we notice a very large hole somewhere in the Earth where the meteor hit? Unless of course, the meteor created like the Marinas Trench, the deepest part of the ocean or something like that.
