Canada is a Bi-Lingual Country. 10 Provinces 3 Territories
1 Prov. Quebec - has french as official language.
New Brunswick is the only official Bi-lingual Province.
Any federal or Provincial Goverment will serve you in either language, the rest of the country is basicly english. but you can find versions of french all over

They are moving forward on cars using used vegetable oil. granted the stuff only works in diesel engines, but there is a conversion kit available today. And we all know how fast something can develope because of a preceived need. Some students in Canada geared up a bus and drove it across Canada burning only veggi oil. Also here in Halifax there is a diesel car that the local drives on used (filtered) vegetable oil, but he says that he has to mix it 50/50 in the winter because the veggi oil gets too thick in the cold. When this things running it smells like a deep frier cooking french fries.
