Whats the worst possible rating one can have to keep a movie on the portal? There are ALOT of movies now -a great collection of the internet's finest- but im sure there are a good few Thousand bottom feeders which arent helping anyone really, but just taking up space. In short, i think especially with Fulp's BMW bandwith, its time to up the rating minimum a bit.
