The fact that some of the early commentators were intolerant doesn't mean anything. The talmud started to be written before the rise of the Roman empire. The fact that delay was a good politican doesn't take away from the fact that he was a crook. Not only did he launder ilegal donations for republican local candidates in texas, but he was extremely close to Abramoff, who was one of the most corrupt lobbyists on teh hill. DeLay was a great politician, that can't be disputed, but he was also a criminal, and just because you don't like the fact that he has been hit with these charges doesn't make them all just a farsical attempt to dethrone DeLay.

I am against the war, personally, but I hate people who think that we should pull out of iraq immediately. It would be extremely irresponsible. We have invaded the country, and now its our responsiblity to take care of it. If we pull out now the country would degenerate into genocide and civil war. We need to establish some sort of equitable democratic government that INCLUDES AND PROTECTS THE SUNNI, rather than just letting the Shiites just kill them all like we are doing now.

wrong. I've talked to several gay dudes about this issue and they don't want to get married nesecarrily for financial reasons. They want marraige because they want their love and their sexuality to be accepted by mainstream society, not because they want some financial benefits. The finance does play in, but at least among gay men in their 30's who I know, it is because they want their relationships to be recognised as legetimate.

The show actually looks quite interesting.
