Some people are assholes and honestly don't care about the waiter. I'm not saying it's right. Not everyone who dresses like thugs are from the "ghetto" tip badly. Yeah, about 4 seconds. Considering the video was one of those cameras that shoots at one frame per second or something. Four seconds for anyone to question why was a woman standing at a firing range with a gun. No body could of seen it coming, no one. Even if someone outside was watching there is no way anyone could of stopped it, save screening entrants before they get in, in the first place.

One second can seem like an enternity. People save other people all the time. Not always from being shot but it does happen. If someone was an inch away from you and was about to be get hit by a car in 4 seconds what would you do? Stand there and say "I'm not a hero i need more than a few seconds?"
