GTA3 > Vice City > San Andreas. There it is. San Andreas is a great GTA sequel...but Vice City has a better soundtrack, place (Miami > L.A.) , and Tommy Vercetti is cooler than C.J. GTA 3 owns them both because it was the first awesome GTA game. And the place is a spin off of NYC. Yepyep. Indeed.
