Anyway, time. After a while you just come to terms with what happened. Then you get over it. That's how I did it, anyway. Probably not the best method, but it worked for me. It doesn't get to me as much as it used to.

That's not a valid source. Zeitgeist is a conspiracy theory movie. Go to their website, go into the area where they keep their "works cited", look through each article they list, and if you still believe the things they say by then, come back and post those links too.

Murderers may have not done favorable things, but their cases can be very interesting to look over. I remember I spent a whole night reading about Columbine. Murderers acts are very horrible indeed, but for people like me, reading over something like that is immensely intriguing.

I've lived in England and America for about the same amount of time (Just a little longer in America. 6 years in England and 10 in the States), and I can't say I hate either of them. I mean, I have contempt for both governments and the negativities that come from them... but looking beyond that I see all the friends I've made here and there, and my families from England and my current family in America, and I'm glad I've lived in both places! I'm more up to current politics for America, since it's been a very long time since I've been back to Britain, but I'm sure that if you just ignored the politics there are a lot of nice things to find.

Lots of Americans hate America right now, and sometimes I do feel spite, but I don't regret ever coming here. I've met so many people and I couldn't be happier right now. So, maybe the best thing for you to do is to just stick it out and wait a little while. You never know what might happen in a few years. :)

I born in England, moved to US. I've gone back and forth between the two. I try to spell things the American way, but it's really hard because I slip into spelling things the way I normally would. I spell it colour, but whenever I spell thinks like that on a report the teacher always marks me wrong.

7th Grade English teacher.
She graded down papers when she didn't agree with what the content was saying. That was always hard to avoid since the topics we wrote about were mostly opinion topics... When she graded the papers, she would always write her opinion on the column while knocking off points for where she didn't agree with you.

It always got me angry and I almost got her fired when I complained to the principal about it.

Video games can desensitize you, and that tends to disturb older people because they don't like the idea of younger people being desensitized to something that is illegal and not okay.
