Sew a bomb into your chest and detonate it in the heart of a government center, national landmark or some Negro rally.
From the look and sound of this, it seems you have very little understand and little to no experience in synthesis. You have nothing in this that is a tutorial, just a video showing you haphazardly mess around with oscillators, filters and AM synthesis (ringmod) without really knowing what you're doing. The lack of commentary and step by step instructions adds to this, and shows that you are not giving details because you blindly manipulating a sound and have no understanding of the science behind it to convey those details to the audience.
My advice is to study up on synthesis techniques, gain a clear understanding of the subject for your own benefit and apply that in a real tutorial setting. It's hard enough to see YouTube tutorials, but without any instruction whatsoever, this is impossible and the product you've shown isn't anything special and needs a LOT more work if you want to have any musical use for it.

Price, and the ability to be taken seriously as a composer, engineer, and actually be able to make something that doesn't sound like used toilet paper. Hence anything that isn't FL.

Sorry for using a real DAW like Reason, Logic or Pro Tools HD. In fact, forget what I said, delete FL Studio, throw it out and buy a real DAW.
Because FL is too simple and is not a real, adequate DAW for production purposes. Check the licensing on your controller and see if it FL is authorized to run it, if so, check to see if you have any factory presets set up on the keyboard that could be causing conflict. If that doesn't work, check your preferences and assign the keyboard as your main controller.

You're mistaking Reagan for Pope John Paul II, and the natural collapse of a flawed social order that was repeated in Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, soon to be Iran, Bahrain, etc. Would have happened regardless, and Reagan should have kicked off after being shot. SOB nearly started World War Three by calling Russia the Evil Empire, the paranoid military was ready to nuke the US at a moments notice and nearly did in November of 1986, even had a watch list of things that would indicate a US missile attack they were so paranoid with that Alzheimer's ridden nut job in the white house.
The only person who saved the world was a few cool headed Russian commanders who hesitated and later found out the "incoming missiles" they detected were clouds. If Reagin hadn't shot his mouth off so damn much, the Cold War would have ended even sooner. He was no catalyst for it's end, he simply gave it one final gasp of air.
They probably would have prohibited The Rack from signing up to post his shitty, shitty music.

Music has evolved mainly by artists expanding on and evolving ideas from other artists.
Yes, PLAGIARIZING and REWRITING and REWORKING other artists ideas is EXACTLY how music, art, and for that matter technology, and science have evolved.
Not even close. The technique and stylings were evolved on. Rock and Roll comes from the jazz and blues era. Yet I don't see any plagiarism of big band swing or other jazz hits coming out of those groups. They studied and expanded on the harmony, voicings and style (swing feel) and made something new out of it. In fact, R&B and Rock is simpler than jazz could ever be, uses much more basic chord structure (less focus on 7th chords, little to no work in improvisation, and much more riff based rather than theme based).
What happened was the artists took what worked in that style, applied it to their own and worked something new out of it. Same with classical composers vs. Baroque composers, they took the ideas of the theory, rewrote the rules and came up with new sonata forms, symphonic forms and movements that would become staple.
The songs themselves were never plagiarized. It was the arrangement of the songs that was taken, redeveloped and made into something new. There is no copyright on the form of an arrangement, a harmonic movement or a drum groove. If there were, the people who pioneered the 12 bar blues would have been the wealthiest people/estate ever to exist.
Don't steal melodies or lyrics. You can however, take the exact same harmony of a popular song, let's say that Stevie Wonder one you mentioned. Take the chord changes and write a new groove and melody for it. It's yours, because a harmonic progression cannot be copyrighted. Many jazz legends such as Charlie Parker have done just that; Ornithology is a reworking of How HIgh the Moon purely on a harmonic level. This is called a contrafact, and is a great way for someone in your position to explore new areas out of existing songs without any legal repercussions.
Just remember that the harmony, groove and arrangement form cannot be copyrighted so you can take your favorite song, use the same chords, the same Intro to Verse to Bridge to Chorus form and still make a new song as long as you don't incorporate the exact same melody, lyrics or copyrighted samples.
Sounds like the OP is too limited in his own potential that he cannot create any sort of song without first plagiarizing another artists. I want to write a book, but I have no ideas so I'll just rewrite and rework some of the ideas and themes of The Hobbit and expand on that.
Please. If you can't create music without using copyrighted material and see the entire world beyond that copyrighted area as limited and cookie cutter, than you have no place in music creation and simply lack the talent and creativity to build something original.

You never PUT it on newgrounds, there is no such word as "putted", unless you are using the u as a short sound to describe golfing on the green. For a 27 year old, that's quite pathetic.

- Using COPYRIGHTED samples/ loops/ dialogs can get YOU the user and Newgrounds to BIG legal issues. I remember a story about a NG user who posted a copyrighted song and NG got sued! Don't know how old was this situation but other mods were talking about this.
Do you really want to endanger everyone's fun just because you don't agree with law ?
Yet, dialog and many FX taken from the public domain result in bans on NG. Can't get into trouble when using dialog from a 50s horror movie that has been on the public domain for 60 years due to poor sales and the inability of the producers to file a copyright claim.

Part of Newgrounds TOS, any sample, loop, audio, etc. you did not make yourself is prohibited and will result in a ban.
Posting speech files from public domain is also restricted, as you did not make the speech file yourself. So even if it's not copy written, it's not allowed.
I was for 24 unpaid parking violations (which I never committed, they were committed by a Jacob Mills in Miami and I was arrested mistakenly since my name is Jakob Mils). Spent 3 weeks in jail for that until it was cleared.
Then I was arrested not too long ago on criminal vandalism charges but got off of that too thanks to my bro Josh.
I can tell you, just posting any sort of threat is deemed domestic to international terrorism and went into law after 9-11 and was signed by all NATO countries; I'm an internal investigator in the Miami police so I'm familiar with the systems.
What is the payment per sound effect?
Unless you are a seasoned jazz musician, you should avoid soloing. From the age you listed in your profile, I doubt that you are at the level needed to perform even the simplest of rock solos to a mature and artistic degree. Soloing is a highly sophisticated form of musical communication and expression, it takes years to develop those kinds of chops and years of training to understand the proper approach to improvisation.
What do you play? What do you plan on doing in a solo? Are you going to take a melodic approach and improvise from the melody, or from the harmony? Do you know alternate scales and modes you can incorporate into your solo? Do you know chord substitutions that can be utilized over the progression the solo is playing over to create a more dynamic timbre?
This applies for any genre, including pop/rock. If you have some grounding in the above, than yes, you may solo. But if not, just play along and let those with more experience show you what you need to learn.

Belgium had a wonderful governing body in the 1930s and 40s, but they weren't satisfied enough with that and rebelled openly and drove their leaders out. You get what you had coming to you.
12/8 would have an entirely different groove than something in 4 time.
Berklee makes up a lot of that information to gain students. Go to the "careers in music" page and Google some of the jobs they list, most of the results will be for Berklee, the jobs simply do not exist; it's an over-saturated market, studios are closing faster than a child is born and you'll never make a dime out of your own home studio unless you call and harass every business in the nearest big city to advertise your services. You also have to live in LA, Nashville or New York if you want any of those jobs.
Only other option, and one most Berklee grads take, is jobs in Korea or Japan.

The only thing that matters in a girl is tits. A real man should marry a stupid woman so that she does not interfere with his work, livelihood and is obedient to his wishes without having her own.
Also, one look at The Rack's ugly girlfriend is all you need to know that tits are better. She doesn't even have any:
