^ That's what I'm saying. I'm honestly having a hard time taking this site seriously, it seems more like just a game than anything (and I had been a newgrounds user for about 5 years at one point).

I agree! I can't think of it as half as professional as sound-cloud or band-camp, so I make a point to also post/promote music elsewhere. The only thing the current audio portal system is doing is maybe teaching you to make friends in order to be seen, the system doesn't even seem to rely on quality or taste.
But that's just like, my opinion man.

Oh I see, thank you.

Oh, I see. Totally. Sincerest apologies for the obvious mistake.
Cough.

My band, Horses and Bayonets, is looking to get some support from wherever we can, so I figured why not make an attempt here. We are from Northern British Columbia, Canada, which is an insanely hard place to work with when you're trying to get things done. We decided to make an indiegogo campaign(Kickstarter in Canada), so if you could take 5 minutes of your time to go to the link and watch the video, it would be insanely appreciated.

I was hoping to see some music.
Also I'm tempted to donate $500.
What was the definition of "selling out" again?

If anyone out there has some exceptional skills and a decent microphone to record their violin please let me know! I just need the SOLO parts of two of my pieces recorded. Altogether it should only be about 20 or so measures.

If anyone is interested please let me know very soon!

I have sheet music and everything ready.

I am a violinist.
No promises, but I'll give it a shot for free.
I prefer midi to sheet music, but I can read either.
I have exceptional quality recording capabilities.

I have a confuse. Posted January 31st, 2013 in Where is / How to?

The audio portal is kind of a mess.
I've sumbitted a song, and it's not in the audio portal, specifically under un-scouted artists. I know there used to be an approval method, but I thought it was dumped for the scouting system. That's all fine and well if it's still around, but I haven't seen a new track in the un-scouted artists section in ages.
What's going on?
