Response to: Suspened for disrespect towars obam Posted January 31st, 2009 in Politics

I just stayed home and slept on Inauguration Day. Perhaps if he didn't care either he could have done the same.

Then again, it was a snow day...

But suspended? The most I've ever gotten for sleeping in class is yelled at.

What exactly do you mean by "racists that didn't vote for Obama"?

And what the hell's wrong with some kids these days?

I see nothing wrong with Socialism. Infact, I'm a Socialist myself.

Response to: What is the limit of "free speech"? Posted June 24th, 2008 in Politics

I say, unless you say something like "I'm going to kill so-and so," or "Go out and kill so-and-so," you should be able to say whatever you want, with a few reasonable exceptions. Like, you know, you probably shouldn't yell "Fire!" in a crowded theatre.

Response to: PC taken too far? Posted April 9th, 2008 in Politics

I think that the person who heard her say whatever she said and instantly picked up that one word, monkey, and said "That word makes everything you just said extremely racist," needs to be beaten.

I would like to say that, while I do think that homosexuality is a sin, I don't hold it against anybody, because I still don't believe they can help it. I believe that homosexuality is something you're born with.

Response to: Should English be the main language Posted July 9th, 2007 in Politics

I think that the people who come into this country shouldn't expect to not know English before they come. I mean, if we went to their country they'd expect us to know their language, but for some reason they also expect us to know their language when they come in.

Also, I don't really care if they make English official or not. Maybe they should since most of the people in America do speak it, but I don't really care.

Response to: America and sueing Posted July 9th, 2007 in Politics

What I think are the most messed up lawsuits are the ones against the, like, 80 and 90 year old guys who in their final years, because they were Nazi soldiers back when that was it was considered a perfectly acceptable thing to do in their countries, and who have since changed their ways completely for the best. I mean, it's just so messed up to me. America has turned into a country where everyone thinks that somebody owes them something all of a sudden. People need to get out of this state of mind that somebody somewhere owes them something, and instead learn how to forgive people.
