export it as a wav instead of mp3, iirc the short silences are where the metadata is stored
if you have a reverb effect you need to have the "wrap remainder" option enabled.
in future, we have a "fruityloops" questions thread for little things like this but i think maybe it should be renamed to "Ask your FL Studio questions here" (if renaming is even a thing forum mods can do)

some of these orchestral nutjobs can max out 32gb of RAM without breaking a sweat, and are sometimes forced to use shitty sampler engines which use way too much CPU
but if you're not using gigantic sample libraries 24/7 then yeah there's no real difference. i've had my laptop with similar specs to yours for a year, and nothing i've done since then has really pushed it to the brink yet.
i like toraverb and uhbik-a
convolution reverbs are kinda overrated i think. but if you have really nice impulse samples you might as well put them to use!
medusa 2 is probably the best free one on that list
would you prefer an american or british english speaker?
just clarifying that i don't have any stake in this project, but i've talked with OP and liasoned with the devs when the first thread was going around and they were really cool about everything. definitely not out to rip anybody off.

1) yes
2) nothing. but they don't need original music and they don't ask for an exclusive license.
nothing really wrong with it if you have old stuff you don't mind letting go of (or if you're not desperate for cash haha)

oh, must've had a tl;dr moment haha :v

try a decent master compressor. endorphin is a really good free one, i used to use it to "master" speedcore stuff so it's definitely capable of loud haha (it's actually really nuanced and a great plugin, so yeah!)

If you do have those, great! Just reverse the phase on one and export em out together. Phase cancellation is a beautiful thing on this rare occasion.

imagination and inspiration are overrated. just force yourself to make stuff all the time and even if most of it is shit, some of it will be pretty good.
here's what i have:

So... What's Newgrounds support/stream at?
NG doesn't transcode uploads at all, so it streams at whatever bitrate the original file is.
although i don't think the audio portal supports VBR encoded files yet (but i could be wrong about that)

Anyone got a solution for this!?
weird, when did that start happening?
anyway, you can go to Options > File Settings and then add the folders you want manually for now.

OT: stage presence. i see a lot of really boring live bands/artists who wouldn't be boring if they were actually fun to watch.
yeah it probably is, unless you're doing this for a non-profit organisation.
all the audio here is licensed as "share alike", too. so your campaign video would need to be released under a creative commons BY-NC-SA license for it to be fully above board.
the easiest thing would be to just ask the artists first, because 99% of people here would be totally okay with it!
i mean, you could even use this thread as way to be like "HEY give me songs to use for my crowdfunding campaign video"

You should make a new thread and invite anyone to participate with you (so that it's not just you advertising your own audio) and maybe you could get a weekly thing of sharing and feedback going! I know I would be interested, because, like I said, it's what I do anyways. :)
yeah, i did a thing called weeklybeats with a bunch of people last year and it was a great way to keep me musically active, and also taught me how to force an idea out in under an hour without any inspiration :v

you should use two anyway just to keep a true centered version, so that it doesn't disappear when you play the track in mono
but yeah, stereo enhancer is good for that sort of thing - just don't mess with phase inversion unless you know exactly what you're doing with it. fruity delay 2 works as well, pan the input one way and have a really fast inverted/ping pong delay to bounce it back to the other side.
