No probably not because most video games aren't even sold in US there is still Canada (thank god I live here) the UK and many countries in Asia. Also Japan's Economy is not based soley on Video games. Japan produces many other things such as cars, televisions, and computers. Just because one country won't take a product doesn't mean the product will fail because there are over 200 countries in the world . It might mean the product will do worse than expected but it won't destroy the economy.
People who blame music and violent games for causing violence in real life are just ignorant. Just because a person sees a bad imitation of a person getting shot does not mean they will go out and kill a person to see it again. I personally play violent games to take out my stress so I don't go out and smack people with chairs when they piss me of.
Who cares it'll probably be like the first and only have one actually funny part and one good part (the end).
