Less. This is about the only time I don't agree with medical science.

If you do it too much it starts to wear down your body and makes you shamble about through your day barely awake, no matter how much sleep you got. It's also not good to make it a habit, and if you continue doing what your doing, you're going to end up addicted. Been there, done that; not fun @.@

My source? Experience. When finals came around last year I quit for a week and a day until I cracked and during that time I felt 10X more energetic and confident.

Try going a week without jacking off and take notes of some changes that you see in yourself, and the reactions of people around you to what you do/say.

I'm a bit upset with the evil corporation vibe I'm getting. It's just like with musicians. The label gets all the money, and the lesser known artists on the label have to get a day job.

If this was an evil corporation, we'd have to pay truckloads of money to access this website. If you think about it, it was extremely kind of them to implement the ad revenue system, and even kinder of them to not make us pay for our grounds gold accounts. Do you have any idea how much it costs to keep servers on a website like this up? Did you even consider thinking about the above?

Think about this while you complain on the BBS for free and watch/rate/review/submit flash/add flash to a favorite list for free. It could be a lot worse.

Why would we want to do that in the first place? Canada is one of the few allies that the US still has. We'd lose all trust from everyone if we were to do something as stupid as that.
