Let us say for the reasons of this exercise that this is possible.) Now, should the man be releaced from death row?

Also, stem cells are not "potental humans" any more than an unfertilized egg is a "potental chicken". Stem Cells are "blanks" if you will, in that they can, through mitosis, produce any human cell.
