I promise that I will get better, but for now your stuck with this crap

good proportions, tho the animation is overall choppy and stiff. Some scenes go by too fast as well, like the close up on the guys face, and the scope. Try somthing more simple and focus more on getting the animation as smooth as possible, and try not to skip too many inbetweens. The more inbetweens the better, and you shouldn't have to worry too much with easing.
