I'm only 13 and I've changed my graphics card several times, defragged and even learned how to successfully pirate software. I'm pretty dedicated to my computer with almost everything I do.

I think it's not specifically that people 13-15 or so can't do shit on a computer, it's just people need to take some time to learn how to use it.
