What you're saying is the equivalent of calling pencils shit because you saw some people draw shit pictures with them.
Programs like The Gimp and Paint.NET are much better programs. Why? Because they can save files as smaller and better quality than MSPaint. It's much easier to use and thus can make pictures look better. I have yet to see someone on the forum make a good mspaint drawing.
Quit using Mspaint. The art forum is cluttered with poorly drawn pictures of dicks.
There are 2 (that I know of) free programs which are much better than using MSpaint.
I'm doing this just to help.
