Well I've heard that people actually use animation as thier JOB. Seriously, they sit in all day making awsome cartoons while money just rolls into the bank? Is this really what happens? If so, I was wondering if any qualifications are needed, or good grades in school? If not, i'm seriously concidering doing it. I know I make shitty sprite cartoons nobody cares about.

I haven't heard of any online games like that, only Roleplaying ones and stuff. You could try getting retial games (Non online) like Black and White or Age Of Mytholigy and try playing it online using it's features.

It really depends on how big the flash file is, if it's around 6.MB, Then it should take a bit, any lower should be fine. You have to check you're internet is going smooth aswell.
