I prefer dio solo. Just works better than dio-sabbath. I think Dio-sabbath has only one good song (heaven and hell).

Ozzy solo. I love Black Sabbath but just because of all the heros (Randy Rhoads, Wylde) I prefer solo.

Very hard. I think Sonata Arctica is the greatest power-metal band so i would choose Ecliptica

Darkthrone - Blaze In The Northern Sky. Very good black metal, i cant explane it more.

I think it works. Only in a few bands though, like Nightwish and Arch Enemy.

Sabbath is not as good as Ozzy, ´coz Ozzy has all the great guitarists such as Randy Rhoads, Zakk wylde, Jake E. Lee ETC. Death is damn good, just listen Spirit Crusher for example
